Government leaders often hear about new ways of delivering services or new ways of delivering existing services. But without the emotional impact of being able to “see” how those new services may improve people’s lives, the very immediate feeling of risk often outweighs any new benefit. So a demo showing potential future government services can help encourage change in government.

  • Conducted user research to gather insights and inform the design of the digital government service

  • Utilized design thinking methodologies to ideate, prototype, and test solutions

  • Coordinated with Deloitte to ensure seamless integration of the new service
