Candler Hospital Employee’s Satisfaction and Work Environment Research Project

With the help of a friend who works at Candler Hospital and her manager, I conducted surveys, interviews, and field trips to investigate the connection between the dietitians' work environment and their high turnover rate.

Developed a comprehensive understanding of the project through a total of 5 interviews: 3 employee interviews, 1 manager interview, 1 staff interview, and weekly health care service designer mentoring classes.
